Hello, My name is Roman. I can’t get working in the restaurant industry out of my blood. I have worked in it since I was a dishwasher at age 15 to now at age 27. I took a few years off awhile ago, I’m back. I have held every position in a restaurant except owner and head chef. I have bartended, served, bussed, cooked, washed, managed, opened, hired, fired, etc. I have seen a lot, I am sure not all I admit. I attended the CIA out of high school, got half way through and decided it wasn’t for me. Now I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, I like it like that.
I like to write and I am also a computer nerd and can design an OK web site if I put some blood/sweat/tears into it. I am publishing this site to serve as a way to congregate information so that might be of use to chefs or really anyone in the restaurant industry, even those Reality Chef watching mommy and daddy’s who think they got what it takes to eat the heat.
