		<description>I think it's also very important not to be affraid to just go for it. A few weeks back I cooked three filet mignon for my wife, mother-in-law, and for myslef and I had never cooked meat before, except on the grill of course.  Long story short I cooked them in the oven with some potatos and veggies and it was the best meal I've had all year. I know, I know it's hard to mess up a filet, but I'm really proud of just "Going for it"!</description>
